PREMIER’S growth and expansion of services have created the need for the position of Sales Proposal Coordinator located in North Texas.
Position Summary:
The Proposal Coordinator’s primary goal is to support the sales team in attaining assigned short and long-term sales goals. This position will collaborate closely with Account Executives to complete responses for RFPs and RFQs as well as supporting the client and Account Executive through set-up to delivery for new project orders and new clients. This multi-faceted position will support marketing and sales in finding qualified opportunities that support Premier’s strategic business development targets.
Essential Responsibilities:

Coordinate technical pricing, contractual, and internal proposal support resources to ensure appropriate and timely response to RFPs and related deliverables.

Ensure quality of submissions meets customer requirements in a user-friendly format while maintaining Premier LogiTech’s brand and image standards.

Maintain an "RFP Knowledge-base" of information and responses.

Actively participate in the improvement of the look and feel of proposal design.

Develop and drive the RFP workflow and business process.

Track, measure and analyze the win/loss rates of RFP/RFI responses sales.

Serve as point of contact starting with the RFP through the delivery. Pro-actively engage the client, providing status updates and exceptional service.

Coordinate Sales Operations activities including but not limited to customer onboarding, change requests and sales events.

Work with Account Executives to identify ongoing strategic targets, and direction.

Support the value of Premier’s service capabilities and offerings through customer communications.

Assist Sales and Marketing with researching target accounts, developing new opportunities from prospecting and calling on marketing generated leads and educating potential clients on Premier’s service capabilities and offerings.
Skills and Specifications Required:

3+ months of prior experience with providing Sales Proposals or Quotes.

BA/BS degree or relevant experience

Moderate to Strong Excel skills.

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.

Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts.

Must be detail oriented, organized and posses strong analytical skills.

Ability to synthesize information from different sources/styles into a document with consistent tone.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with distributed sales team or equivalent.

Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Premier LogiTech

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
