Job Summary
As a member of the IT team, software developers will be responsible for coding, support and sustainment of existing applications, support of 3rd party applications. Developers will be involved in all phases of the SDLC when building enhancements to existing systems. All members of the IT team will at times have some involvement in supporting desktop, network, infrastructure, and applicable hardware.
Key Responsibilities:

Development and maintenance of existing systems using MS .NET

Development using MySQL and MS SQL Server
-
Ability to communicate with customers about technical issues in non-technical terms.

Understands the business processes that the systems support
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
-
Able to logically think through issues in a rapidly changing environment.

Able to forecast and meet realistic deadlines
Qualifications:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in IT (or equivalent work experience)

Strong knowledge of VB.Net, MySQL , MS SQL Server
-
Familiarity with C#, Crystal Reports is a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Strong PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows) skills
-
A strong understanding of Client/Server Architecture and Distributed Applications.

The ability to work well under pressure.
