Premier LogiTech ("Premier") is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team!

Worth area. PREMIER’S growth and expansion of services has created the need for the position of Sales Development Representative located in North Texas.



Position Summary:

The Sales Development Representative’s (“SDR”) primary responsibility for outbound prospecting.  They research and reach out to new target clients or leads and introduce those potential clients to the company products and services.  The SDR will team with outside Account Executives and help turn SDR leads into qualified appointments.  The end goal is to increase prospecting, qualified appointments, and overall sales for the company.  The SDR is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on program and outbound lead generation campaigns. This position requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills and tight collaboration with Account Executive to generate new opportunities. The SDR will be expected to report on qualification and call activity and stay thoroughly informed on all Premier products and services.  We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment deliver messaging and product feedback back into the marketing and business development organization and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.




  • Develop net new opportunities for the sales team from prospecting, and through calling on marketing generated leads

  • Interact with prospects via telephone, Teams, Zoom and email with a high attention to detail

  • Consistently achieve qualified appointment and opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives

  • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts

  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social mediums

  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities

  • Work with Account Executives to identify ongoing strategic targets, and direction

  • Track all relevant qualifications and lead management activity using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent to stay current on leads and follow-ups

  • Quickly learn the Premier’s service capabilities and offerings, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objectives and competitive questions

  • Educate leads on Premier’s service capabilities and offerings and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk or meet with an Account Executive

  • Qualify and engage sales leads, supplying leads with adequate information about Premier’s service capabilities and offerings and providing the sales team with executive summaries about the lead ahead of their calls ensuring proper lead hand-offs

  • Shadow Account Executives in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you’ll need for the next role on the Premier’s sales team.

  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence

  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts

  • Working knowledge of a CRM or SCR software tool such as SalesLoft, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce

  • Prior sales or SDR training
