Premier LogiTech ("Premier") is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team!

Worth area. PREMIER’S growth and expansion of services has created the need for the position of  Sales Account Executive located in North Texas.

 

 

Position Summary: The Federal Sales Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales profitability objectives from new clients or accounts. This position will identify opportunities, prospect, engage new business, develop proposals, and manage the contract process. The Federal Sales Account Executive will work alongside of Premier’s Partners to obtain government contracts for our services, solutions, and products.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets

  • Present our services, solutions, and products to Premier's Client Partners for obtaining government contracts.

  • Serve as the client’s key contact for all business transactions.

  • Own and hit or exceed annual sales targets within assigned industry and accounts.

    • Gain organizational understanding of target OEM’s to include team member contacts such as: Regional Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Account Executives, Inside Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers, Service Sales Representatives, and Inside Service Representatives.

    • Conduct multi-touch outreach process to uncover new opportunities across services portfolio of Premier.

    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

    • Uncover and participate in customer territory team events, team meetings and quarterly business reviews.

    • Move opportunities through pipeline to closure.

    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

    • Ongoing monitoring of customer satisfaction.

    • Seek referrals to customer peers, project renewals and future engagements.

  • Provide input to Premier Marketing for quarterly newsletter, highlighting successes of applicable Premier OEM partnerships.

  • Use Microsoft CRM Dynamics to effectively capture accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Leverage CRM as communication medium.

  • Perform team collaboration with Project Management Office on won deals to kickoff successful service completion.

  • Approximately 25% travel.

 

Skills Required:

  • Successful sales track record in service sales to include new opportunity creation and successful closure.

  • Good understanding of government contracts, budget processes, RFP’s, and standard bid requests.

  • Understanding of Government account structures and procurement processes.

  • Must have proven successful sales experience selling services and/or products to Government Agencies.

  • Strong existing relationships in the Government arena, as well as a strong track record of new business development.

  • Ability to work with an internal team to secure both product and service contracts, assist with strategic and tactical issues, and to provide a leadership role on all major new business initiatives.

  • Comfortable in client facing role with ability to effectively present to groups of 50-100 people, including executives.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Government sales experience

  • BS/BA Degree required

  • Experience in Sales CRM

  • Motivated self-starter that can work independently and assertive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent people skills with ability to build relationships

  • Critical thinking skills for analysis to make timely decisions

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
