Premier LogiTech ("Premier") is looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team!

PREMIER’S growth and expansion of services has created the need for the position of Quality Coordinator located in North Texas.
Position Summary:
As a QMS Coordinator you will assist the Quality Manager to develop necessary Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. This position will also take ownership of document control which will include a couple of customer accounts requiring internal and external communication. As needed, generating work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOP) and assisting with training, ultimately working toward regulatory compliance and applicable standards.
Responsibilities:

Update current standard operating procedures (SOP).

Update current work instructions (WI).

Develop training content to support the QMS.

Ensure proper documentation and ensure proper retention of records and documents.

Ensure maintenance of master document list (MDL).

Create, update, and/or review QMS related documents, in collaboration with process owners.

Work on special projects with regards to ISO Certification.
Skills and Specifications:
-
1 to 2 years of work experience in QMS Audits or experience in managing and maintaining quality management system in production type environment

Proven experience with use of quality tools {5WHY, Fishbone, 8D, or similar)

Ability to coordinate efficiently to plan, execute audits and follow-up

Working knowledge of QMS document systems and control practices

Excellent problem solving, presentation, and communication skills

Preferably with knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, others as needed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
