Job Summary

To produce a master production plan for the month and to create a weekly production schedule which will meet our clients’ demand, using MS Excel. This includes using the forecast provided by the client, product availability and outstanding customer orders and labor availability. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the sales team with lead generation efforts in 3PL, forward/reverse logistics industry by researching target accounts, prospecting, qualifying leads, and educating potential clients on Premier’s service capabilities and offerings.

  • Coordinate technical pricing, contractual, and internal proposal support resources to ensure appropriate response to RFP, and timely submission or proposals and additional information requests.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Premier’s existing client accounts and book of business.

  • Coordinate Sales Operations activities including but not limited to customer onboarding, sales events (customer visits, tradeshows, and seminars), sales strategy/skills, sales tools.

  • Ensure quality of submissions meets customer requirements in a user-friendly format while maintaining Premier LogiTech’s brand and image standards.

  • Maintain an "RFP Knowledge-base" of information and responses.

  • Develop and drive the RFP workflow and business process.

  • Track, measure and analyze the win/loss rates of RFP/RFI responses.

 

What you’ll need:

  • 1-2+ years of prior sales and administrative experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

  • Aptitude to multi-task and remain deadline driven when managing numerous requests and time demands.

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening skills.

  • Ability to synthesize information from different sources/styles into a document with consistent tone.

  • Proficient with entire Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation:

  • Position may require the occasional lifting to 20 lbs.

  • Position in an office type setting and may involve prolonged work on a computer and or phone in one location.

  • Position may require rare travel to client sites and travel to various Premier locations.
