Premier LogiTech ("Premier") is looking for a Deployment Technician to join our team!

Premier’s growth and expansion of services has created the need for several new positions, including the position of Desktop Deployment Technician located in Temple, Texas.
Job Description:
This position will be located at one of our client sites supporting their IT team with installing and de-installing systems.
Mon – Fri daytime shift in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:

Set up new equipment and installing software

Provide support for Microsoft desktops/laptops

Reimage or refresh laptops and desktops and transfer data accordingly.

Maintain and troubleshoot user hardware and software issues
-
Update install information according to customer requirements

Interact with customers, associates, contractors, and vendors with a professional presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide second level problem determination for desktop hardware and software related problems, escalating more complex issues

Identify and communicate noticeable problem trends and troubleshoot recurring problems to find permanent solutions
Requirements:
-
Must have 1+ years of experience working in the desktop support field in an office/business setting supporting Windows 7/8/8.1/10 clients in a WAN environment required

High School Diploma required
-
1+ years of Comp Tia A+ or equivalent experience required

Comp Tia A+ Certification preferred

L-Certified in Diagnostics and Repair preferred

Dell Certified in desktop/laptop diagnosis a big plus!

Excellent Customer Service Experience

Experience with configuring PC’s, Laptops and printers.

Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in person, via telephone, and via email.

Punctual and dependable

Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling and stooping with or without accommodation

Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
