Premier Logitech ("Premier") is looking for a AQL Trainer/Coordinator to join our team!

Worth area. PREMIER’S growth and expansion of services has created the need for the position of Territory Account Executive located in North Texas.

 

 

Position Summary:

Responsible for training QC/QA personnel. Assist quality manager on FAI processing, internal audit, preventive maintenance, coordinating AQL personnel assignments and any other activities outlined by quality manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Auditing of devices to ensure internal and customer standards are being met in each area.

  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and focus to ensure 100% accuracy of quality for each device.

  • Assist in implementation of all customer and / or company cosmetic and functional requirements.

  • Assist in NPI and FAI processes.

  • Training new AQL and FQA Specialists and cross training current AQL Specialists.

  • Document any observed quality issues and reporting to quality manager.

  • Be able to step in the management of AQL team as directed by quality manager.

  • Conduct internal audits (5S/ESD) and preventative maintenance activities.

  • Other activities directed by Quality Manager.

 

Skills and Specifications Required:

  • 1 Year of repair/refurbish QA/Compliance team lead or equivalent supervising experience required.

  • Intermediate math skills required. 

  • Good verbal and written English communications skills required, be able to write work instructions and quality documents as directed by Quality Manager.

  • Intermediate knowledge and skill of using computer and MS Office.

  • Knowledge and skill of conducting internal audit (5S/ESD) and preventative maintenance

  • Must have vision required to view computer screens and small intricate details of phones, pagers, and other small electronics (natural or corrective)

  • Must have ability to adequately hear and identify audio irregularities of devices

 

Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

  • Ability to shift schedule periodically to training/test 2nd and 3rd shift AQL personnel.

  • Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment
